About the Speaker:

Frank is very experienced in Yacht Charter industry. He was a Director and Operations Manager for an Austrian/Croatian charter company for over 10 years, where he managed a busy charter sales office selling bareboat and skippered charter, sail training products, charter fleet management, especially focusing on the quality and service for a fleet of over 50 sailing yachts.

His attention to detail and business experience is invaluable, especially for his current role as an independent Charter Operations Consultant, auditing, advising and developing management and operational procedures for charter operators.
