Booking Manager Summit is taking place from the 10th till the 12th of November, 2021.
Starting time for all stages is from 10 AM each day of the Summit. First 2 days, official part of the Summit is till 6 PM, and the 3rd day till 5 PM.

This year we are organizing a hybrid event, meaning all speakers will be live in Zagreb, and you can choose whether you wish to join us live, and attend the fun networking events; or you wish to join the Summit virtually. Everything will be streamed live, in real time, and you can join all the discussions and ask questions during Q & A.
Summit will explore everything related to improving your business- from Marketing, Sales, CRM, Organization to Finance and Psychology. All topics will focus on Yacht Charter and their practical use to lift-up the industry.

All the major players in the Yacht Charter industry will be there. Even though Zagreb is not on the sea side, these 3 days it will be the center of the Yacht Charter world.
This is COVID free event, all regulations will be as recommended by the authorities.
Yes, everyone at the Summit is obliged to have the confirmation and a valid QR code. Non vaccinated attendees can get an antigen test beforehand, or at their arrival to Hilton, in our organization.
We are organizing free of charge testing in the lobby of Hilton hotel, before the opening hours of the conference. If needed, during the day, we will point you to a close by clinic that is performing the antigen tests throughout the day.
Being the capital of Croatia, Zagreb is well connected and easily accessible by plain, train, bus or a car. If you are having trouble finding the right connection, feel free to get in touch and our organizational team will be happy to give you an advice.

This year we have 2 panels. First day we will host charter operators panel discussion, and the second day is reserved for agents panel. These experts will give us their perspective and share with the audience how they see the future of the industry.
There will be plenty of time to meet the speakers during coffee breaks, lunch and in the evening, during the events.
After each keynote speech, there will be 10-15 minutes for discussion and to pose questions to the speakers.
You can get your tickets till the Summit starts, but we encourage you not to wait too long. The sooner you get them, the better.
