Jelena Jelušić is an organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in HR and employer branding. She is a certified employer branding expert and one of the pioneers of employer branding in Croatia. She built her career through leadership roles at A1 Hrvatska and Photomath (now part of Google), where she developed strategies to attract and retain talent.
She is the founder of INSPO Consulting, where she helps organizations improve employer branding, employee experience, leadership, and organizational culture. She is the first recipient of the Employer Branding Impact Award in the Adria region and an active contributor to the HR and tech community through mentoring, education, and research.
