  1. Registration: To attend the Booking Manager Summit, attendees must register and pay the registration fee. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.
  2. Payment: The payment of the applicable fee(s) for the Summit is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, MMK may refuse to admit the attendee to the Summit and shall have no liability in that regard.
  3. Cancellation: Attendee will be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of signing this contract. Cancellations must be made in writing to the event organizers.
  4. Program Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers, agenda, and event location, without prior notice.
  5. Liability: MMK does not assume responsibility for any illness, personal injury, death or property damage. The event organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, however caused, during the event.
  6. Photography and Video: By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to grant MMK the right to record, film, photograph or capture their likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed, and to distribute, broadcast, and use such media without any further approval or payment. This grant to MMK includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information.
  7. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any attendee who violates this code of conduct may be asked to leave the event without refund.
  8. Force Majeure: The event organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or natural disasters.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the event is held.
  10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the event organizers and attendees and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
  11. Passes: Official passes are in personal name only and are not transferable.
  12. Removal from the Summit: Partner acknowledges that MMK can request removal from the Summit if MMK, in its sole discretion, considers the presence and/or behaviour to create a disruption or to hinder the Summit and/or the enjoyment of the Summit by other attendees or speakers. MMK is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe environment for the duration of the event. The PARTNER is required to comply with MMK’s efforts to provide and maintain a safe environment and obey and measure required by the local legislation.

    By registering for the Booking Manager Summit, attendees agree to these terms and conditions.
