Booking Manager Summit is taking place from the 9th till the 11th of November, 2022.

What time does Booking Manager Summit start and finish?

Starting time for all stages is from 9 AM each day of the Summit. First 2 days, official part of the Summit is till 6 PM, and the 3rd day we are closing the event after lunch and lottery.

Booking Manager Summit 2022 is taking place in Zagreb, on the top floor of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The address is Radnicka Cesta 21, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

How many stages will Booking Manager Summit have?

Booking Manager Summit is set at 3 parallel stages during all 3 days.

Is the event live, or can I attend virtually?

This year again we are organizing a hybrid event, meaning all speakers will be live in Zagreb, and you can choose whether you wish to join us live, and attend the fun networking events; or you wish to join the Summit virtually. Everything will be streamed live, in real-time, and you can join all the discussions and ask questions during Q & A.

What topics will be explored?

Summit will explore everything related to improving your business- from Marketing, Sales, CRM, Organization to Finance and Psychology. This year we are also focusing on Sustainability; and we have experts for all social media networks in order to bring in their expertise and show the best practice. All topics will focus on Yacht Charter and their practical use to lift-up the industry.

How many speakers will have keynote speeches?

Summit will host more than 30 worldwide famous international speakers and some of the most prominent experts in their respected fields. Ready to share their wide knowledge and assist the attendees to grasp on all the benefits they can take from the event.

Who is attending?

All the major players in the Yacht Charter industry will be there. Even though Zagreb is not on the seaside, these 3 days it will be the center of the Yacht Charter world.

What about Covid regulations?

This is COVID free event, all regulations will be as recommended by the authorities.

How do I come to Zagreb, Croatia?

Being the capital of Croatia, Zagreb is well connected and easily accessible by plain, train, bus or car. If you are having trouble finding the right connection, feel free to get in touch and our organizational team will be happy to give you some advices.

Where can I stay in Zagreb? Do you have a recommendation?

Is there a transfer organized from the airport to the hotel?

Sure, get in touch and we will send you a quote for the transfer directly to the hotel, regardless if you are arriving by bus, train, or a plane.

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes all the workshops, lunch every day, lounge access and coffee breaks, 2 evenings with cool MMK parties, Summit App with chat and video, 24/7 digital assistance and our awesome Goodie Bag.

Who will be speaking at the panel?

This year we have 2 panels. First day we will host charter operators and the second day is reserved for agents panel.

Will there be time to meet the speakers?

There will be plenty of time to meet the speakers during coffee breaks, lunch, and in the evening, during the events.

Is there any time after the keynote speeches to ask questions?

After each keynote speech, there will be 10-15 minutes for discussion and to pose questions to the speakers.

Till when can I buy the ticket?

You can get your tickets till the Summit starts, but we encourage you not to wait too long. The sooner you get them, the better.
